Goals
Description
Develop a proposal and estimated budget for extending the campus network to the Meadow Lane residences, where student live. We will develop this at the request of the Office of Residential Life. They will evaluate our proposal and possibly submit it to the Senior Staff for capital project funding for the spring of 2008. The proposal should presume that the work could start in May 2008 and be complete by August 1st, 2008.
Timeline and Milestones
1. Costs: fiber cabling, conduit, building penetrations, secure wiring closet/cabinet, fiber termination, electronics.
2. Deliver proposal to Residential Life by March 1st, 2008.
